With a primary focus on the markets in Hong Kong and Mainland China, we invest in companies that we believe we can add value to. Unlike venture capital firms that raise funds from investors, all of our capital comes from us. This allows us to focus on building enterprises. Not on exit strategy!

We treat each invested company like our own subsidiary and are committed to its success. We adopt a hands-on approach and aim to scale up together. As a commitment to our business partners, we provide a dedicated project manager to meet with them on a weekly basis and make available resources to help kick-start their business.  

 

For each investment, we expect ownership of 20 - 50%. In return, you can expect:

(i) upfront funding from us;

(ii) active business support from our project manager; and

(iii) access to our back office service.
