TC-100 New reflective thermal insulation coating

TC-100® coating series is a water-based under-coat that provides protection for absorbent surfaces on buildings and monuments. 

​

A thin layer of TC-100 coating (~0.5 mm) when applied, forms a protective shield that enhances the natural structure of construction surfaces. As a result, building surfaces last longer and are less prone to physical and chemical penetration.

With our patented new material technology, the coating provides an overall improvement to construction aesthetic and longevity. On average, TC-100 coating has a lifespan of 8 - 10 years, which is three times more than traditional coating.

The coating is designed specifically to be applied by high-pressure airless sprayer. It is easy to apply and is three times more efficient than traditional paint brushing or roller coating methods.

Water Resistance (Elasticity): 30% elongation

Radiation Resistance: Absorb 99% UV

Corrosion Test: No blistering, rust or cracking in 300 hours of acid/alkaline (GB/T 9274)

Salt Spray Test: No blistering, rust or cracking in 720 hours (GB/T 1772)

Drying Time: 4 hours (GB/T 1728)

Impact Resistance: 50 cmkg (GB/ T 9755-2014)

Adhesion: 0~1 grade (GB/T 1865)
